A weekly session for us to step into a glittering time capsule of our youth, and disco dance to Motown, 70s and 80s and current disco tunes.
Get ready to groove, sweat, and smile your way through the morning with our brand new Daydisco class – where the beats are old-school, the tunes are funky, and the vibe is pure joy! 💃✨
